Birch Bakery is proud to be part of an incredible local vendor community. We have had the privilege of partnerning on a number of beautiful photo shoots as well as being a vendor in some absolutely breathtaking weddings. We have been published in Washington Wedding Day, Bridal Bliss, Seattle Bride twice, The White Wren, and Style Me Pretty.
Maroni Meadows was the perfect venue for this bayou themed shoot with its lovely trees, water, and cozy weathered atmosphere. Gorgeous vintage details, lush florals, and globe lights to mimic the look of fireflies completed the picture. Our cake had a "stone" base tier and detailed piping to give the feeling of l800s Louisiana wrought iron as well as a monogram styled after the invitation and a climbing vine of pink sugar roses. This stunning and unique shoot was featured in Washington Wedding Day.

Monochromatic white doesn't have to be boring. Alex and Eric's all white cake popped against the lush greenery and woodsey backdrop at JM Cellars. With lace detailing to match the bride's dress and an overflowing organic bouquet of sugar flowers, their cake was the perfect accompaniment to a beautiful wedding!

We were so proud to be part of the shoot featured in the Fall/Winter 2021 issue of Seattle Bride. The shoot made the cover, and this stunning 4 tier fondant cake with sugar ranunculus and wafer paper ruffles was an absolute showstopper.

We were thrilled to be a part of the vendor team featured on the second cover of Seattle Bride 2023. This stunning wedding was gorgeous in every last detail. The cake was a simple 2 tier fondant with sugar roses which perfectly matched the real florals and gold leaf.

This floral overload poppy themed shoot at the lovely Lairmont Manor was featured in The White Wren. The flowers were incredible and we matched the poppies in sugar on this stunning 3 tier cake.
